A clinical partner,
not a substitute

The clinical support provided is designed as an extension of the referring colleague's practice. The intervention focuses exclusively on the identified endodontic problem, ensuring rigorous technical monitoring, continuous communication, and referral of the patient to the original clinic for continuation of the treatment plan.

This approach allows the colleague to maintain overall control of the treatment, while simultaneously ensuring the proper resolution of situations requiring specialized endodontic intervention.

Situations in which referral is recommended.

Referral is indicated whenever the clinical case presents a degree of technical complexity that benefits from operating microscopy, specific expertise, or advanced support in therapeutic decision-making, namely:

  • Endodontic retreatment;

  • Fractured instruments;

  • Complex root anatomy;

  • Extensive periapical lesions;

  • Internal or external reabsorption;

  • Cases with a history of endodontic failure;

  • Need for advanced differential diagnosis;
